The low fit you pull down
A lower crown shortens the face; a longer brim spreads the eye sideways.

A good hat needs no explanation. Knowing where the work went is still worth something.
This cap uses both at once. The ratio between crown height and brim length was reset five times so the silhouette tightens the further down you pull it. A low profile looks like the easy fit and is in fact the most exacting one: a centimetre lower and the forehead closes in, a centimetre longer and the brim starts to look heavy.
The script on the front is chain-stitched, thick and firm enough that a low crown does not flatten it. All five colours are pitched one wash past new, so none of them look like they just came out of the bag — and being pigment-washed, each goes on fading a little further at its own pace.
